The Program Host Track is for clinicians who want to start, grow, and expand a group practice in the network's schools. The Capacity Building Grant funds the infrastructure; you provide the clinical leadership.

How it Works
Three steps from application to growth
Your facility is built
Once the school-based medical facility is completed and deemed ready by the Network, schools are assigned to you as they become available. Each school includes a medical suite supported by a therapist serving under the Transitional Coach℠ title, which helps reduce the stigma often associated with traditional mental health labels.
You receive your Unit
Upon joining the Network, you are assigned one Unit comprising 10 Transitional Coach℠ providers — all associate- or fully-licensed therapists.
You grow
Program Hosts who successfully manage their responsibilities may be assigned additional Units as they become available.
Your Primary Role
Clinical oversight. On your schedule. Fully remote.
Because the Capacity Building Grant covers all core administrative functions, your responsibility as a Program Host is focused: review, approve, or deny notes submitted by the therapists in your Unit, and ensure documentation meets managed care and coordinated care organization billing standards.
This review process typically takes 2–3 hours per weekday, on your schedule, and can be done 100% remotely. There is no requirement to visit school campuses, and you do not need to leave your current practice to serve as a Program Host.
